Giveaway! Rubberbanditz Pull-up Bands

Pull-up bands giveaway at workoutnirvana.com[Giveaway closed! Thanks to everyone who entered. See the winner here.]

Pull ups will give you an athletic, strong back faster than any other exercise. They’ll also give you a badass self-confidence bump! But why can so few already-fit people do them?

Getting to unassisted pull ups is all in the methodology, and I strongly believe the best way is by using pull-up bands.

I know this firsthand as I’ve increased my pull ups to EIGHT and watched my clients crank out pull ups in a relatively short time.

That’s why I’m offering you the chance to win a set of two Rubberbanditz pull-up bands to ensure you have the right tools to progress. And if you already have a set (or live outside the U.S.), you could win a free 60-minute 1:1 consultation with me!

Simply complete my Spring 2014 Survey by Wed, March 26, at midnight
(estimated to take about 5 minutes)

Giveaway Rules

One person, selected at random, will win a set of Rubberbanditz pull-up bands in the resistance recommended for their body weight and level. If the winner already has bands or lives outside the U.S., they will receive a free 60-minute 1:1 consultation with me via Skype. Surveys must be completed by March 26 at midnight Mountain Time and include your email address.

I’ve increased my pull up number to EIGHT and watched my clients crank out MORE pull ups in a relatively short time (see my article about using bands). I believe using two bands, each of a different resistance, is the best way to progress. That’s why I asked Rubberbanditz to sponsor a set, not just one.

Why am I asking for your help? Your participation helps me to deliver my work impactfully and will give clarity to the projects I have in store for you this year and in the very near future.

Thanks for your participation and good luck!
